Your information,
handled with care.
This notice describes the Gravel marketing website, demo request form and launch-plan email access form. Last updated September 21, 2026.
What the form collects
Demo requests include the name, company, email address, fleet size, plan preference and workflow interest you provide. Launch-plan access requests include your email, optional first name, planning stage and equipment type. For each request, we save the time and source. Planner requests record whether you separately chose a Gravel follow-up, together with the wording/version of that choice. Email addresses are supplied by visitors and are not verified automatically.
How it is used
We collect an email to unlock the free launch plan. Entering it alone does not subscribe you to marketing or request a sales conversation. If you choose the separate follow-up checkbox, the Gravel team can contact you about getting started and using Gravel. Demo requests are used to arrange the conversation you requested. Submitting this form does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.
Where it is kept
Contact details are stored in Gravel’s private inquiry storage, separate from the public website files. They are available to the team handling demo requests, not published on the website. Screenshots on this website use fictional demonstration records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or remove your inquiry information, or stop follow-up, by replying to the team’s response. Please do not submit payment information, sensitive personal details, or private customer records in the inquiry form.
Your free launch plan
Calculator inputs stay in your browser. Choosing Save on this browser stores plan revisions in this browser profile; anyone using that profile can access them. Downloaded plan files and printed copies contain your financial inputs, so keep them privately. The planner does not create a cloud account, email your plan, enroll you in an automated newsletter or send quote worksheets. Before showing results, we save your email, optional name, stage, equipment type and follow-up choice for the Gravel team. Your financial inputs and plan revisions are not included. After a successful submission, a reference in browser storage remembers that the plan is unlocked; it contains no email address. Clearing site data removes that access flag and any locally saved plan. You can clear browser site data to remove a browser save. Rehearsals are simulated and create no real booking or payment. If you request a walkthrough, only the contact-form details and the planner source label are sent; your plan and budget are not attached.
Cookies and connected services
The marketing website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The operating software uses sign-in cookies when you access a workspace. Payment, messaging, and other connected services are configured separately for each operating company.
