Keep a roll-off rental connected from the first booking to the final invoice. Gravel brings customers, containers, deliveries, swaps, pickups and disposal records into one company workspace.
Collect the jobsite, container size, materials, rental length and placement instructions together. Your company sets its rates and service rules. A quote belongs to a specific rental, so the office and customer can work from the same booking details.
02
Dispatch the work and track the container
Review deliveries, swaps and pickups alongside equipment availability. Assign the work to a driver and keep the jobsite access notes with the task. Container inventory helps the office distinguish available equipment from units already assigned or on rent.
03
Record the drop before starting the clock
Drivers work from their assigned jobs and record field updates and photos. The rental clock begins when a delivery is recorded as dropped. Booking the job alone does not start the rental period. A swap remains connected to the rental instead of becoming an unrelated note.
04
Close the rental with its billing records
Keep disposal weights, weight tickets, rental charges and invoices connected to the job. Your configured rules determine included weight and applicable charges. Customers can access their own bookings and invoices through the company portal.
For roll-off operators managing equipment that moves between the yard, customer sites and disposal facilities. Confirm your disposal process, payment setup and existing accounting workflow during a walkthrough; do not assume an integration is included.
Start with an evaluation. Before live activation, we check your equipment, pricing, service rules and customer journey together.

Common questions
Can customers book online?
Gravel includes company booking and customer portal workflows. Before activation, verify the exact sizes, prices, service area, terms and payment settings your customers will see.
Does AI set the rental price?
No. Company pricing rules calculate charges. AI-assisted dispatch is an Enterprise offering; availability and company configuration are checked separately, and the operator stays in control.
